ComfortClick Intercom
With the ComfortClick Intercom app, answering calls from your intercom is simple and convenient.
The app allows users to receive intercom calls directly on their smart device, making it easier to see who is calling and respond from anywhere the device has access.
This is useful for homes, apartments, offices, and other buildings where users want quick and direct communication with visitors at the entrance. To receive calls directly on your mobile device, you must install the ComfortClick Intercom app and log in using the same account credentials associated with your Blade or Bobcat wall panel.
ComfortClick intercom app is currently available only for Android.

Cloud connection
The ComfortClick Intercom application uses the Linhome platform for SIP communication. Once you have successfully installed the app, you will need to set up an account to get started.
Creating a Linphone Cloud account
Open the ComfortClick Intercom app and tap Create a Linphone Cloud account.
You will be redirected to a Linhome webpage where you can enter your personal information.
Once all required fields are filled, tap Register.
A confirmation code will be sent to your email address. Please note that this code is only valid for 10 minutes.
Note: If you encounter issues creating an account directly through the CC Intercom app, you can register manually via the official website: https://subscribe.linhome.org/register/email
Log in
To login to your Linphone Cloud account follow these steps.
Logging in to Linphone
Open ComfortClick Intercom application.
On the login screen, tap Use a Linphone Cloud account.
Enter your username and password.
Tap login and you should access your account.
After logging in to the ComfortClick Intercom app, make sure that the correct Linhome account and related settings are added to the intercom device.
These settings allow the intercom to know which account or device should receive the call when someone rings at the door.
Once configured correctly, users can receive intercom calls, see who is at the entrance, answer the call, and open the door directly from the app.
Local SIP server
If a local SIP server is used, open the ComfortClick Intercom app and select Use Your SIP Account.
Enter the required SIP server information, including:
Username
SIP Domain
Password
We recommend using a UDP connection.
After logging in to the SIP server, additional devices and functions can be configured. To do this, select Add Device and enter the required device settings.
Additional device functions can include:
Calling the outdoor unit
Opening the door
Turning on a light
Triggering other supported actions
Once everything is configured, the intercom system is ready to use.
When someone presses the doorbell button, the panel or smart device will ring and the Intercom app will open. Users can then see the live camera stream, communicate with the visitor using two-way audio, and perform available actions such as opening the door or turning on the light.
Camera Stream Settings
For Siedle integration, the system uses its own IP camera stream with a custom streaming URL.
To display the camera stream in the ComfortClick Intercom app, enter the complete stream address under Video Stream URL.
Make sure the full URL is entered exactly as provided. Every symbol, letter, and character is important, and the URL may be case-sensitive.
After entering the URL, double-check that the address is complete and correct. If any part of the stream URL is missing or written incorrectly, the camera image may not be displayed in the app.
Alert sound selection
To select an alert sound, open the alert Settings and scroll to the bottom of the configuration window.
Clients can choose from dozens of integrated sounds or use their own custom sound file by selecting Choose a Sound from Your Files.
Custom sounds can be useful when different alerts require different audio notifications, such as alarms, warnings, doorbell events, security notifications, or other important building events.
