Knowledge Base

Each visualization has a main “Theme” node. Under this main node we can add subnodes or Panels. Theme nodes are usually reserved for welcome screen, shortcuts, logs and quick mode changes.

Theme node also contains settings that effect other panels and buttons within the Theme. Within the main Theme node we can change the certain colors of the menu, buttons, navigation bar and more.

General

Positioning: Automatic or Free positioning.

• Automatic positioning: Frames, buttons and any other new nodes will automatically scale and align according to the rows, spacing and other general settings.

• Free positioning: Allows us to place any new node anywhere within the visualization panel, it also allows us to scale it as much as we want.

Rows: Number of rows reserved for frames or buttons.

Column width height ratio: The panel columns are resized according to this ratio. Smaller the value, thinner the frames.

Spacing: Space (in pixel) between frames.

Theme

Side menu color: Color of the system menu. This will change the back color of the top the navigation bar.

Side menu button color: Color of the menu buttons. This will change the back color of the menu (settings) button and also side navigation bar.

Forms color: Color of pop up forms. This will change the color of all the pop up windows for value setting. Any setpoint, schedule or scene editor will use this color as background.

Forms button color: Color on button pop ups. Each button within the new pop up will be effected and use this color as it’s background.
Forms label color: Color of labels on pop up forms. Any label within the pop up will have this color as it’s background.

Selected text color: Text color of selected item. This will change the color of the selected panel on the navigation bar.

Security settings:

Security PIN: Secure your panels by setting a custom password. The password may only contain numbers as the unlock form is a keypad. Any length can be used to set the password.

Lock timeout: Time out for re-locking the unlocked panel. This value is set in seconds.

Appearance:

Image: Image that represents the panel or theme. This image will be also displayed on the navigation bar.

Background color: Theme or panel background color. If the background image is smaller than the backround, we can see this background color instead of black.

Background image: Image that will layer on top of background color.

Navigation bar: Disabling the navigation bar will completely remove the bottom navigation menu. This allows more customization options and increase the real estate value for smaller displayes. Specially useful for Comfortclick’s Blade 4” panel.

Layout background: Panel’s layout image, it’s only shown then Free positioning is enabled. This ensures the background is zoomed in when using the zoom option in free positioning.
