This example will allow us to control and monitor the parameters of Danfoss frequency converter (FC-51) via our Modbus driver. In this example, a set of parameters are added which can enable the control of features such as:
- FC start and stop, frequency, ramp time, direction, break type, PI controller parameters, and so on;
- Function relay control;
- Motor parameters monitoring (current, voltage, power);
- FC parameters monitoring (IGBT temperature, VDC, alarms, and warnings) In Modbus driver and Slave node you have to set correct values. For index parameters and Bit converters, there are descriptions in the Note sections of a specific device.
