bOS helps CasaE Basf getting LEED Certification

CasaE Basf building, a showroom for raw materials, ecosystems, and fished products for the construction industry, located in São Paulo, got LEED certificated using bOS building automation system.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. To receive LEED certification, building projects must satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve the certification.
For this project bOS integrated and automated:
- KNX for shutters, lighting, HVAC, air quality (humidity, temperature, CO levels),
- Z-wave for shutter and lighting
- DSC alarm system
- Crestron for AV
- CCTV system
- SMA Solar technologies for solar panels and batteries.
