The Matter protocol is an open-source, IP-based connectivity standard designed for smart home devices, created by the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA), formerly known as the Zigbee Alliance. Matter aims to provide a unified and interoperable platform for smart home devices across different manufacturers and ecosystems, simplifying compatibility and connectivity challenges in smart homes.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve been working on Matter integration for a while now, and it's set to join our lineup of over 45 supported systems and devices in 2025.
