Serenity Villas is an exclusive residential development of 27 luxury villas in Tenerife, Spain. Each villa is equipped with a KNX-based smart home system powered by ComfortClick, providing residents with an intuitive and centralized way to control their home.

The ComfortClick solution integrates lighting, blinds, climate control, video intercom, and other building systems into a single user-friendly interface, delivering a seamless smart living experience.

Completed in 2024, this project was delivered in collaboration with JUNG and implemented by system integrator Smart Soluciones.
