This project showcases a fully automated residential home in the heart of Suceava, where lighting, climate, blinds, and security systems are seamlessly controlled through the KNX ecosystem and ComfortClick’s Jigsaw server. Designed for both comfort and energy efficiency, the system gives the homeowner complete control through mobile devices and ComfortClick tablets installed throughout the house.

Project Description:

With the help of the KNX and ComfortClick systems, Copromen Solutions delivered a smart home in Suceava’s old city center that combines convenience, safety, and efficiency in one integrated system.

A highlight of the project is the time-based lighting control, divided into three daily scenes that adjust automatically according to natural light. The homeowner can predefine which fixtures operate during different times of the day, ensuring optimal illumination and energy savings.

The KNX ecosystem also manages climate control, integrating ceiling cooling, floor heating, and automated blinds or curtains that react to light intensity for ideal comfort and natural lighting balance.

Security and safety are fully integrated, KNX controls the gates, garage, and main entrances, while Z-Wave sensors detect water leaks and smoke, notifying the user immediately.

All functions can be managed remotely or from three ComfortClick tablets installed on each level, offering intuitive and elegant control. Over time, the project evolved with new updates, improving both visualization and usability for mobile and tablet devices.
