Project Description

Developed by Call Home Electronics sh.p.k, this villa redefines smart living through a fully integrated automation ecosystem built on the KNX standard. The system manages indoor and outdoor lighting, motorized blinds, underfloor heating, and air conditioning offering intelligent, adaptive comfort for every season.

Lighting control, powered by DALI, includes over 35 light sensors managing 35 independent lighting groups that dynamically respond to daylight conditions and user preferences. This ensures optimal brightness, energy efficiency, and a perfect ambiance at any time of day.

The Modbus-based ventilation and heat recovery system (MVHR) delivers constant fresh air while minimizing energy loss, while weather station data is used to automatically adjust blinds, lighting, and HVAC according to sunlight, temperature, and wind.

Safety features include water leakage detectors that automatically shut off the water supply in case of leaks and a DoorBird intercom providing secure, remote access. IP cameras and a Paradox alarm system add an additional layer of protection.

A highlight of this project is the custom shading logic developed within Jigsaw Pro, which automatically adjusts blinds based on the sun’s position to optimize natural light and reduce heat gain. The climate system coordinates underfloor heating and air conditioning through KNX, adapting individually to each room.

Every detail from system logic to architecture was carefully designed and pre-visualized in 3D, ensuring both technical precision and aesthetic harmony. The result is a future proof luxury residence, blending refined design with advanced automation and sustainable performance.
