Prassonisi Villa is a 1,200 m² luxury residence on the island of Karpathos, designed for comfort, efficiency, and complete smart home control. Powered by ComfortClick’s Jigsaw server, the villa integrates lighting, climate, and security into a seamless, easy-to-use system.

Project Description:

Developed by Smart Electrics, Prassonisi Villa is a high-end residential project combining elegant architecture with advanced home automation. The property spans 1,200 square meters, divided equally between a 600 m² basement with a garage, storage, bathroom, wine cellar and a 600 m² ground floor that includes a kitchen, living and dining area, seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open atrium with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. Outdoors, the villa features both a swimming spa and a 20 m pool.

The automation system is built on the KNX standard, managing lighting, heating, cooling, and security throughout the home. The villa uses geothermal energy for heating and cooling, combining underfloor systems and fan coil units for optimal energy efficiency and comfort.

Lighting control covers LED and spot lighting, integrated with KNX motion sensors and a KNX to DALI gateway for dimming precision. The KNX weather station enables smart responses to environmental changes, while the security system provides peace of mind for residents.

Each room is equipped with Zennio Z35v2 touch displays for direct control of lighting and climate. In addition, three large visualization screens offer full house monitoring and remote access through ComfortClick’s bOS, ensuring complete control and visibility from anywhere.

This project highlights how advanced automation and sustainable technology can transform luxury living, offering comfort, efficiency, and simplicity in one elegant solution.
