Project Description:

Developed by AP Elettrica di Alberto Pecoraro e C. S.n.c., this project showcases a fully automated residence that combines comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. Lighting is managed via KNX for On/Off control and DALI for dimming, while mechanical ventilation includes speed adjustment through ComfortClick’s bOS visualisation sliders for precise comfort control.

The irrigation system offers both manual and automatic modes. The automatic program uses weather data, rainfall, and temperature forecasts to decide when to water the garden efficiently. The rainwater tank is monitored by a level sensor, with automatic refilling from the mains if the water level is low.

The photovoltaic system and energy storage are integrated via Modbus, providing real-time readings of power production and consumption. When excess solar energy is available, the system automatically increases the thermostat’s setpoint to optimize self-consumption and reduce grid dependence.

Security and convenience are also key features. The alarm and video surveillance system include video analytics, detecting movement in the garden. When a person is identified, exterior lights turn on automatically, and if the alarm is active, the external siren is triggered. The system also integrates with Alexa voice control and Telegram notifications for easy interaction and alerts.

The result is a sustainable, intelligent, and secure home, where every system communicates seamlessly under ComfortClick’s Jigsaw server, ensuring complete control and energy optimization.
