Project Description:

Developed by Blu Technologies srl, the Hotel Plaza project marks a major upgrade in building management by consolidating previously separate control systems into one centralized ComfortClick bOS platform.

The ComfortClick software, hosted on a virtual machine with Xeon processors and enterprise-grade storage, provides a robust and scalable infrastructure with no performance limitations. The system initially integrated HVAC control across three floors of guest rooms and was later expanded to include multiple air handling units (CTAs), along with the central summer air conditioning system and pool and rehabilitation area controls.

Through KNX and Modbus integration, the new platform ensures precise monitoring and coordination of both new and existing equipment. Maintenance staff can now monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot directly from the unified interface either locally or remotely significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing response times.

The result is a modern, reliable, and elegant management system that brings together all technical areas of the hotel under one powerful and intuitive visualization.
