Our Premium Installer from Poland SmartBMS, has automated a residence in Warsaw. The main objective of the project was to protect the home from flooding, enable easy room management and focus on saving energy.

Project Objectives
During heavy rainfalls, the garage and the basement are exposed to flooding, so the main objective of the project was to make the building flood proof with an anti-flood pump control system. The building was also equipped with a management system for lighting, heating, blinds and window sensors to help reduce the energy consumption.
Project Description
KNX was used as the main system for the automation of the project. For the control of the devices in the building, our Premium Installer connected touch pannels from ABB (Touch ABB Taceto) and JUNG. The residence is secured with the SATEL alarm system and the Jigsaw server is used as the main logic module for automation. With ComfortClick bOS all the connected devices are displayed in the visualisation including a multiroom sound system from YAMAHA MusicCast.
