Commercial
Project main image

The Eagle Hills project delivers a complete Building Management System (BMS) integrating KNX-based automation with fire detection, CCTV, and energy monitoring. Powered by ComfortClick’s bOS License running on a Dell rack server, the system centralizes control, improves safety, and optimizes energy performance across all facilities.

Technology Used:

  1. KNX for HVAC, lighting, shading, and energy management
  2. Integration with fire detection and CCTV systems
  3. ComfortClick bOS for centralized visualization and control
  4. IP network for communication and remote access

Project Description:

Developed by Acomex, the Eagle Hills project introduces a state-of-the-art Building Management System designed to connect and control multiple technologies within a single platform. KNX was selected as the backbone for its flexibility, reliability, and interoperability with third-party systems.

The system manages HVAC, lighting, shading, and energy monitoring, ensuring efficient building operation and reduced energy consumption. Fire detection and CCTV systems are fully integrated into the BMS, allowing centralized supervision and quick response to any alarms or alerts.

A key feature of the project is the advanced ComfortClick’s bOS visualisation, which provides real-time data, alarms, and control through clear and intuitive dashboards. Facility managers can access the interface from both desktop and mobile devices, enabling fast decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

The installation also manages two generators and provides full control for 200 apartments, allowing seamless coordination between residential and common areas. Designed with scalability in mind, the system supports future expansion and long-term maintenance.

By combining automation, safety, and energy efficiency, the Eagle Hills BMS sets a new benchmark for integrated building management in Ethiopia, delivering reliability, transparency, and measurable value to both operators and residents.
