Casa Carraro is a fully automated seaside residence integrating complete home and pool management through ComfortClick’s Jigsaw server. Every system from HVAC and lighting to access control and energy monitoring is unified in a single, easy to use interface accessible from anywhere.

Project Description:

Developed by Blu Technologies srl, Casa Carraro demonstrates the versatility of KNX automation combined with ComfortClick’s Jigsaw server. The system offers complete residential control covering climate, lighting, access, and pool management through an intuitive and visually refined interface.

The climate system integrates VMC with thermodynamic recovery and heat pump-based air conditioning for both heating and cooling seasons. Users can easily monitor temperatures, consumption, and system performance via real-time graphs in ComfortClick’s visualization.

Comprehensive general controls include driveway and pedestrian gates, outdoor lighting, RGB pool and fence lighting, and automatic activation of outdoor lights when the gate opens at night. The access system enables keyless entry directly from the nearby beach resort, while the robot lawnmower area adapts automatically depending on vehicle presence.

Advanced pool automation manages every stage from seasonal filling and filtration to heating and cleaning integrating photovoltaic and thermal systems with the heat pump for maximum energy efficiency.

All system data temperatures, indicators, and graphs are available remotely, ensuring the homeowner has full control and insight at any time.
