Alimos Residence is a modern smart home that combines comfort, style, and advanced technology. Designed and implemented by DR KNX, the project uses ComfortClick’s Jigsaw Pro server to integrate lighting, climate, shading, entertainment, and security systems into one seamless and intuitive control platform.

Project Description:

Developed by DR KNX, Alimos Residence represents a complete example of a smart and connected modern home. The system is powered by ComfortClick’s Jigsaw Pro, which unites a variety of technologies and brands into a single, user-friendly interface.

Through ComfortClick’s visualization, the homeowner can control lighting, shades, shutters, garage doors, pool functions, music, cameras, floor heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and hot water from any device. The integration of KNX, Intesis, Coolmaster, Satel, Sonos, and LG TV systems provides full flexibility and ease of use while maintaining a high level of stability and reliability.

ComfortClick’s visualization makes it possible to create personalized scenes and schedules, automate daily routines, and monitor temperature data through detailed graphs to optimize comfort and energy savings. Weather data is also used to trigger specific actions such as automatically activating garden lighting during the evening.

Security and entertainment are seamlessly included within the same interface, allowing full access to Satel alarms, Hikvision cameras, and Sonos audio zones. Every function is accessible locally or remotely, ensuring convenience and peace of mind for the residents.

This project stands out for its complete integration of multiple systems within one environment, creating a modern, energy-efficient home where technology enhances comfort, efficiency, and lifestyle.
