Project Description

Implemented by Nikolopoulos Petros & co eu, this seaside residential project in Agioi Theodoroi, Greece, brings together a main private residence and a separate guest house with three guest bedrooms and service areas.

Spanning three floors, the KNX-based system integrates lighting, HVAC, underfloor heating, motorized shading, environmental monitoring, security, CCTV, irrigation, rainwater management and domestic hot water production. A hybrid KNX TP/IP/RF architecture with five topology lines provides a unified foundation for controlling, automating, monitoring and visualizing the buildings’ electrical and electromechanical systems through ComfortClick Jigsaw Pro.
