Project Description:

Developed by AP Elettrica di Alberto Pecoraro e C. S.n.c., this project demonstrates how a commercial building can combine functionality, energy efficiency, and security through smart automation.

Lighting is managed through KNX and DALI, while the irrigation system operates in both manual and automatic modes. The automatic program uses weather forecasts, rainfall, and temperature data to optimize watering schedules.

The external gate motors are automated to open at preset times, simplifying supplier deliveries and daily operations. The photovoltaic system, integrated via Modbus, provides real-time monitoring of energy production and consumption, helping reduce energy costs.

Security is enhanced through the integration of intrusion alarms and video surveillance with video analytics. When motion is detected on the property, outdoor lighting activates automatically, and if the alarm is armed, the external siren is triggered. Notifications are also sent through Telegram, keeping facility managers informed at all times.

ComfortClick’s bOS visualisation allows users to control all building functions lighting, heating, shading, irrigation, and music through Sonos from one intuitive platform.

The result is a smart and efficient commercial building where technology improves daily management, safety, and sustainability.
